Job Responsibilities Support the development and tracking of program schedules, dashboards, and reports using Office tools and AI features. Coordinate information flow across departments such as Services Engineering, Workshop, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Contracts. Monitor program status, action items, risks, and KPIs to support on‑time and on-budget execution. Prepare materials for review meetings, including summaries and visual updates. Support data consolidation, lessons learned, and basic process improvements. Help align teams and follow up on actions. Required Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing Engineering degree (up to 6th semester) Experience: No prior experience required (0-2 years preferred) Skills and Abilities: Intermediate English and Microsoft Office proficiency; requires basic communication skills and common courtesy
