Responsibilities

  • Execute promotional campaigns and ensure strong product visibility and placement
  • Performance & Execution
  • Develop account playbooks and track performance against KPIs
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies
  • Ensure alignment between market insights and internal execution
  • Represent Light & Wonder professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Travel regularly to meet customers and attend key industry events

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business , Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, commercial, or similar roles within a digital/online industry
  • iGaming experience strongly preferred, with a passion for the sector
  • Experience working with or within B2C operator environments is advantageous
  • Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
  • Brazilian Portuguese (required)
  • Spanish fluency is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage, particularly for collaboration across the wider LatAm market
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Customer-focused, professional, and resourceful approach
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Position Summary Reporting to the Regional Director, Latam , and part of Light & Wonder's New Markets team, the Regional Account Manager will drive growth and performance across the Brazilian market. This role is responsible for managing key operator relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and executing commercial strategies that maximize performance. You will leverage deep market understanding, data insights, and strong client partnerships to exceed both short- and long-term revenue objectives. The role operates within a regional context, working closely with customers and stakeholders across Brazil and the wider Latin American market. As such, the ability to navigate Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking environments is highly valuable. This role requires the candidate to be based in Brazil, given the need for proximity to customers, local market expertise, and frequent in-market engagement.
