Responsibilities
- Outbound Pipeline Generation & Ownership
- Develop and execute end-to-end outbound prospecting strategies-from planning and targeting through to execution and continuous optimization.
- Build and manage high-volume outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, sequencing tools)
- Identify and target mid-market EU and US scale-ups (20-50+ FTE pods)
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified top-of-funnel opportunities
- Commercial Engagement & Opportunity Creation
- Engage directly with founders, operators, and VP-level stakeholders
- Pitch and position our services in a clear, compelling, and commercially strong manner
- Drive alignment on initial job requirements (JDs)
- Convert cold conversations into qualified, actionable opportunities
- Deal Handover & Pipeline Progression
- Transition qualified opportunities to the Onboarding / Solutions team via Jira
- Ensure clarity and completeness of JD and commercial context prior to handover
- Maintain deal momentum through strong internal alignment
- Ghost Pipeline Activation
- Trigger Talent Acquisition to build "Ghost Pipelines" upon JD alignment
- Enable early-stage proposals supported by 2-3 pre-vetted candidate profiles
- Collaborate with TA to ensure speed and quality of candidate presentation
- Outbound Systems & Optimization
- Own selection and management of CRM and outreach tools
- Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and sequencing strategies
- Track and improve conversion metrics across outreach stages
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales / business development
- Proven success in cold outreach and pipeline generation
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (founders, VPs)
- Excellent written and spoken English ( EU/US tone preferred )
- High level of commercial awareness and deal instinct
- Self-starter mindset with strong resilience and accountability
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or service-based sales is a strong advantage
