- Build a robust portfolio of Research programs to drive the Electrification strategy for GE Vernova with programs in engineering across GE Vernova.
- Shape and lead early-stage technology development with high disruption potential and mature these technologies from initial concept to successful product introduction.
- Coordinate disruptive technology efforts in close collaboration with our GEV businesses and ensure that such efforts are incorporated into long-term multi-generational technology and product roadmaps and plans.

- What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering - Power Electronics or related field with a minimum of 15 years of experience or Masters in Electrical Engineering - Power Electronics with a minimum of 18 years of experience.
- A minimum 10 years of experience deploying electrical systems to business and production environments.
- A minimum 10 years of experience leading teams or large projects
- Experience leading large research programs, writing successful R&D proposals, and demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept to a product.
