Responsibilities
- Provide in-house assessment & repair inverter units
- Investigate and verify customer warranty claims
- Provide outdoor service support and repair
- Organize and maintain proper housekeeping at the electronics service workshop including all tools / equipment and parts

Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering / ITE certification
- 1-5 years' related work experience in service and repair of drive transmission products is an added advantage. (i.e. (i.e. Inverter, Servomotor, Gearboxes, Geared Motors, PLC programming etc.)
- Proficiency in English for communication and service report writing
- Basic troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and analyzing technical issues
- Ability to read schematics and perform soldering work
- Strong interpersonal communication/customer service skills are essential
- Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work. At times able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Able to read schematics and do soldering work
- Proficiency in English and service report writing is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic troubleshooting skills (i.e. Diagnose /Analysis/etc.) are required
- Willingness to travel locally at short notice. Rare occasions for regional travel

- Most important aspect is willingness to learn with a proactive and positive working attitude
