About the role

The Forge Operations (IMO) team sits within Operational Services and partners with the enterprise Forge Integration program and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute operational readiness for Interim and MVP offers, and to support future-state full integration work through 2027. Our team coordinates integration planning, drives clarity on operational model and requirements, and enables on-time delivery of operational artifacts, controls, training, and go-live support needed to launch and run new offers with quality. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location in line with our in-office philosophy and expectations. Please connect with your recruiter for more information. Job summary: As a key member of the Forge Operations (IMO) team, the Senior Manager is responsible for execution leadership and end-to-end ownership of operational readiness deliverables required to operationalize Interim/MVP launches and support longer-horizon integration work. This role partners closely with the Director, Operations Strategy (hiring manager) and cross-functional stakeholders to drive milestones, surface and mitigate execution risk, and ensure operational artifacts are complete, approved, and implemented. The Senior Manager will report to the Director, Operations Strategy and will be responsible for the following: Own execution of 30+ identified deliverables required to operationalize Interim/MVP (e.g., process changes/alignment, people readiness plans, SOPs/runbooks, controls, go-live support), coordinating across Operational Services and partner teams. Translate IMO milestones into an integrated operational delivery plan (scope, owners, dates, dependencies) and drive outcomes through disciplined program governance. Lead operating model and requirements workstreams (including billing and custody impacts) in partnership with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Service/Ops teams. Establish and maintain operational readiness standards (artifacts, approvals, change management, training, controls) to reduce execution risk and improve launch quality. Identify, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and decisions; propose mitigations and options; and align leadership on tradeoffs to protect dates and quality. Partner with the Manager (Forge Ops IMO) to ensure effective program administration (cadence, materials, RAID, artifact management) and to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. Support broader full-integration work (discovery, planning, requirements, execution) aligned to evolving IMO guidance through 2027 and beyond. What you have
