We're looking for a Monetization Designer to join the team and help us design, simulate, and balance new monetization-related features and events. With great knowledge and expertise in this area, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions and work well as part of a team, you might just be our next hire! Read on to find out more. In this role you will Work in close cooperation with game designers and product managers to create the monetization, system, and economy design of new games. Improve the monetization of existing Outfit7 games by optimizing their economy, IAP offers, ads, etc. Analyze the work of competitors, as well as other top-performing games and games with interesting features. Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the department, including sharing the findings of any professional analysis and independent research
