This role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office functioning. Essential Job Responsibilities Greeting and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist in organization and setup of office events, including meeting room scheduling and setup, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation). Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Assist with internal communications and basic clerical tasks. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned.
