Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in a project management role OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, this is highly dependent on business cycle and needs.
  • STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) or ERP systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
  • Passion for building high-quality, mission-critical products.
  • Mentorship of Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
