Job Description: Experience: 12-15 years overall, with 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management (Singapore payroll mandatory) and 2+ years on SuccessFactors EC integration; minimum 2 full payroll implementations or migrations. Lead the onshore/offshore payroll & time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care.
