Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change activities including strategy, planning, delivery and adoption

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business readiness, communications and training capability
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
  • Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Essential experience:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow environments , including consolidation, process uplift or platform transformation
  • Experience with ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management and knowledge management
  • Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within IT service delivery and knowledge management is highly desirable

Full-time contract (initial 12 months, likely extension) Location: North Ryde Working model: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager to support a major ServiceNow consolidation and unification program within an IT environment. This role will lead end-to-end organisational change activities, developing and executing change strategies, driving business readiness, and enabling successful adoption of new ways of working across a complex technology transformation program.
