- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong business readiness, communications and training capability
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
- Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Essential experience:
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow environments , including consolidation, process uplift or platform transformation
- Experience with ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management and knowledge management
- Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within IT service delivery and knowledge management is highly desirable
