About the role
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing a world class shopping experience to our customers. Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized interactions and excellent service. Steering and manage Customer's experience both on line and off line. Provide support for end-to-end customer journey including on-site, on-line, social media experience and delivery etc Provide and upkeep service recovery protocol.
