Social Worker - Family Support

Responsibilities

• Leading complex cases using a multi-disciplinary safeguarding model
• Managing your own caseload and supporting statutory planning
• Providing guidance and support to junior members of staff

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work and active Social Work England registration
• Minimum of two years' post-qualified experience and completion of the ASYE
• Confident communication skills with strong knowledge of legal frameworks and policy
• Good understanding of safeguarding practice, relevant legislation, guidance, policies, procedures, and the values and principles of Family Support & Safeguarding
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
