Laravel Developer

About the role

Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using the Laravel framework, from analysis to deployment. Collaborate with the architecture team to support the design and implementation of high-quality, maintainable solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Laravel best practices and established coding standards. Perform testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability across all supported platforms. Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality. Collaborate cross-functionally with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project stakeholders to deliver complete, high-performing digital solutions. BSc and/or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline ( MSc preferred ). Strong hands-on experience developing web applications using Laravel (PHP) within a LAMP or LEMP environment. Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) , MVC architecture , and RESTful API development . Experience building responsive, modern web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js . Knowledge of Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS is a plus. Solid understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization and migrations. Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines (CI/CD) . Familiarity with IoT data integration and Smart Cities applications is an advantage.
