Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support services and, where required, act as a first-line supervisor within a transactional operations area, ensuring adherence to established systems and protocols.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade education preferred.
  • Experience working in a chemical manufacturing, process manufacturing, or industrial production environment.
  • Sound understanding of manufacturing operations, operating procedures, and safety standards.
  • Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and processes with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating activities with production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to support operational objectives.
  • Works independently to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks while meeting safety, quality, and production targets.
  • Applies and promotes safe work practices and complies with plant policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
  • Maintains accurate operational records and communicates effectively through shift handovers, reporting, and collaboration with team members.
