Responsibilities
- Provide operational support services and, where required, act as a first-line supervisor within a transactional operations area, ensuring adherence to established systems and protocols.

- Sound understanding of manufacturing operations, operating procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and processes with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating activities with production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to support operational objectives.
- Works independently to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks while meeting safety, quality, and production targets.
- Applies and promotes safe work practices and complies with plant policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
- Maintains accurate operational records and communicates effectively through shift handovers, reporting, and collaboration with team members.
