Administration Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative staff.
• Ensure the office space is organized and clean at all times.
• Provide basic IT support and keep office equipment well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate records and files, especially for office expenses.
• Order, track, and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for employees as required.
• Manage small cash transactions and reimbursements.

Who we are looking for Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Ability to communicate in English over email, Slack, and WhatsApp. Flexible to travel for official commitments. Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Flexible to work extended hours when required.
