Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy analytics products at scale (e.g., storyboards, dashboards, models)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related professional experience with Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining people analytics reports and dashboards in a self service analytics environment.
  • Proficiency in BI dashboard development and data visualization, with the ability to design intuitive, insight-generating analytics products that support self-service reporting.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple employee data sources and connecting insights across datasets through reporting.
  • Experience using analytics technology solutions to build and deploy dashboards, reports, and models at scale.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills, including experience working with technology partners on data integrations and with data governance teams on metric definitions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build clear user communications and develop training materials that drive adoption and impact.
  • Comfort managing access requests and maintaining data privacy considerations as part of analytics product stewardship.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment that requires balancing multiple, evolving priorities.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles to create clear, accessible, and effective reporting products for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to interpret content utilization data and translate insights into recommendations for enhancements, training needs, or content lifecycle decisions.

  • Pay Grade 18. $57,449 - $120,271
