  • Work Environment:
  • Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.

  • Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.

Job Summary We are seeking a full lifecycle Senior Recruiter who has proven experience of filling a wide range of construction positions at a high volume. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This person will be integral to fulfilling a wide range of skillsets that will allow Loenbro to grow current projects and expand into new business areas throughout New Mexico. As we continue to plant roots in the Albuquerque area, this person will be expected to split work between a remote office setup and various jobsites. Applicants must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time, and have a home office setup. Onsite expectations will be required if we establish an office location in the future. Essential Job Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Lead efforts to source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability. Primary focus on recruiting within the electrical, mechanical, structural, soft crafts, and coatings construction fields. Consistently discover new ways to attract talent and keep a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Take a proactive sourcing approach. You don't wait around for positions to open up or someone to give you instructions. You strive to always find the best talent and are not afraid to get on the phone. Contribute to enhancing Loenbro's employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
