About the role
Job Description Perform drafting and design work. Prepares, modifies schematic diagrams, layout, sections, and M&E standard details. Prepares 2D and 3D modelling according to client requirements. Support the team in required design & drawings production and submission. Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission. Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with the standards set by project requirements. Deliver / complete drawings on schedule, economically and to client's satisfaction, and standards. Conduct site inspections for as-built update. Coordinate with Engineers, client & third parties in preparation of drawings. Job Requirement: Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma in M&E trade. Experienced in Microstation 2D/ Revit 3D modelling/ 2D CAD drafting. At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of drafting experience in the related field is required for this position. Some electrical / mechanical / fire protection system design knowledge will be an added advantage.
