Job Description The successful candidate will work with A/P Lau On Sun on studying the production of stomata in plants under a project on Singapore Indoor Farming System. The main responsibilities of the position include: running a project in the lab where we aim to study the production and behavior of stomatal guard cells in plants. The work will involve the generation of transgenic plants, analyses of plant varieties and mutants, performing light and confocal microscopy, image analyses, and various in vitro and in vivo biochemical, molecular, and genomic analyses. The Research Fellow is also expected to mentor and train junior members in the lab.
