About the Position: This position is located with US ARMY SPACE & MSL DEF CMD/ARSTRAT CENTER OF EXCELLENCE, SPACE AND MISSILE DEFENSE BATTLELAB, located in Fort Eustis Virginia. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Leading multidisciplinary teams through the complex Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process to develop, coordinate, and secure validation for critical Army and Joint space, missile defense, and high-altitude requirements documents; 2) Chairing high-level Integrated Concept Teams in order to synchronizing diverse stakeholders across Army Futures Command, the Joint Staff, and multinational partners to resolve conflicting priorities and build consensus on modernization capabilities; 3) Designing/executing complex Joint, Inter-agency, and Multinational (JIM) wargames and operational experiments to validate emerging concepts, assess critical capability gaps, and inform strategic acquisition decisions; 4) Advising senior leadership on system acquisition, technology maturation, and DOTMLPF-P resource prioritization for cutting-edge space and missile defense portfolios to align with long-term modernization objectives.
