This role is both commercially and technically focused, requiring the ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and close mid-market to enterprise deals. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation through to contract and go-live, while delivering against a £250k+ Year 1 revenue Day to day this role will Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and networking. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close and implementation. Conduct structured discovery to understand client needs and business objectives Develop and present tailored commercial proposals aligned to client requirements. Negotiate commercial agreements with UK and international clients. Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across client organisations. Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Brand teams. Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM. Represent Tillo at relevant industry events to promote the brand and generate leads. Deliver against a £250k+ annual new business revenue target in year 1
