Content & Social Media Executive (English & Chinese)

About the role

Bio Organicare is a growing scalp and hair care company with multiple outlets across Singapore. We specialise in scalp health, hair wellness, organic hair colour and advanced scalp care solutions. We are looking for a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Executive to help grow our online presence, create engaging content and support lead generation through social media.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation
• Shoot photos and videos at outlets
• Record treatment demonstrations, customer testimonials and educational content
• Capture special events, promotions and campaigns
• Generate new content ideas regularly
• Content Editing
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu and YouTube Shorts
• Create simple graphics using Canva
• Add subtitles, captions and visual elements to videos
• Social Media Management
• Publish daily content across social media platforms
• Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Lemon8 and YouTube
• Monitor content performance and engagement
• Community Management
• Reply to comments and direct messages
• Engage with followers and potential customers
• Escalate sales enquiries to the relevant outlet team

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and YouTube Shorts
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar software
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Consistent daily content publishing
• Active community engagement and response management
• Support lead generation through social media activities
• Contribute creative ideas for content growth
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• ADVANTAGEOUS
• Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare or lifestyle industries
• Photography or videography experience
• Portfolio of previous social media work
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
