Telemarketer (Loans & Co-Broking)

About the role

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telemarketer to reach out to potential customers and promote our loan and financing solutions. You will generate leads, explain our services, and connect customers with the right financing options through our co-broking partners.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote loan products and financing solutions (personal, business, vehicle refinancing, etc.)
• Generate and qualify leads for co-broking partners
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into applications
• Explain loan options, eligibility, and basic requirements to customers
• Maintain and update customer contact records and follow-up lists
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets

Requirements

• Good communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone manner
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of loans/financing is an advantage
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping
• Able to converse in [English/Malay/Mandarin - adjust as needed]
• Prior telemarketing, sales, or financial services experience preferred
• Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 12pm - 4pm
• Salary: Basic salary + attractive commission per successful loan/referral
