Hourly Rate: $16.00 Hourly Wage: $16.00 $1000 SIGN ON BONUS - This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 30 and 90 days, paid on the following paycheck. This position is offered on a seasonal basis for the period May through July 2026. Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Maintains an open line of communication with guests throughout the day to ensure all guest need s are accommodated . Follows appropriate procedures for serving alcohol . Work s outside on the resort pool and recreation areas. Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage . Answers questions on menu selections and check s with kitchen staff whenever additional clarification is necessary. Processes all payment methods in accordance with A ccounting procedures and policies. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Pool Server at MVW: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time . Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance . Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
