Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 associates, ensuring accountability to safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment
- 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or a related field of study
- Proficiency with SAP, MS Access, and Excel
- Previous project management experience
- Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams

- Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
- The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our Grapevine, TX location. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure safety, quality, and productivity metrics are achieved while leading daily operations and driving continuous improvement across logistics functions.
