Our ideal candidate is a proactive learner with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to work hands-on with system testing and verification. While no prior professional experience is necessary, a natural curiosity for how systems work and an enthusiasm for tackling challenges in diverse, outdoor settings are highly valued. This role is highly hands-on and field-oriented, with the majority of time spent conducting outdoor system tests in real-world environments. You will be actively involved in end-to-end validation of complex hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues on-site, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal performance. The position requires adaptability, independence, and a proactive approach, as you will operate in dynamic, fast-changing conditions and take ownership of testing activities from execution through reporting.
