Analyst - ESG & Risk - Procurement & REWS

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of ESG, compliance, operational, and supplier-related risks.
• Conduct supplier due diligence, including ESG, ethical, and third-party risk checks.
• Track mitigation actions and follow up on overdue items to support timely closure.
• Provides regular updates & reporting on the Procurement Risk Register.
• Support audits, assurance reviews, and governance forums through accurate documentation and audit trails.
• Assist with the development and delivery of ESG and risk awareness communications and guidance.
• Work collaboratively with procurement, legal, compliance, sustainability, and business stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen ESG data quality, controls, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proficient in ESG, responsible procurement, and supplier risk management principles Understanding of risk assessment, controls, governance, and compliance processes.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining risk registers or trackers.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and third-party due diligence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
• Experience supporting audits, reviews, or governance forums is advantageous
• Experience using Nexus Diligence is advantageous
