Responsibilities
- Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via virtual and onsite meetings, drive the discovery process, lead product demonstrations, and identify areas where Workiva solutions align to address customer/prospect needs
- Demonstrate expertise across Workiva's Financial Reporting solutions - developing working knowledge of industries, departments, and use cases where Workiva can have an impact

- May begin to deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring peers
- Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or 2 years and a PhD
- Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives
- Actuarial reporting experience at an Insurance company
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
- Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment
- Demonstrates proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements, may require guidance as needed
- Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems with strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred
- Experience with high level technical aspects of connectivity and integration (API)
- Capability to gather business needs and present a value based, compelling software demonstration is preferred
- Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
- Up to 40% Travel
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

- ✅ On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 156,000.00 - 253,000.00 USD Annual ✅ Eligible for commission based on sales performance
