Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or wealth management technology.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented team player with a pragmatic approach.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working within both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Passionate about technology and the Financial Services industry.
