More about the role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team and lead impactful PR and communications campaigns. This role combines strategic client support with hands-on execution, including essential research and media reporting. The ideal candidate will bring either proven event management experience for seamless campaign delivery, or exceptional strength in content creation and media relations to secure top-tier coverage. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on various topics, including industry trends, target audiences, competitor analysis, and media landscape.
  • Coordinate logistics for client events, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and attendee management.
  • Compile media coverage reports and monthly activity reports for clients.
  • Exhibits knowledge of print and broadcast production process; ability to deal with designers, producers and other specialists.
  • Press releases translation, news monitoring, presentation scripts, newsletters, and other corporate presentation collaterals.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver quality works to fulfill clients' requests.
  • Support the team for billing and invoicing arrangement.
  • Join the team at brainstorming sessions for PR campaign planning.
  • Assists in responding to RFPs and other inquiries from clients and/or new business proposals.
  • Provide general administration support to the team.
  • Experience that contributes to success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Language and Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years PR agency experience and/or journalism or equivalent.
  • O utstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and a passion for staying informed about industry trends, current affairs, and emerging technologies.
