Lead project planning and operational oversight across accounts, ensuring appropriate resourcing, realistic timelines, budget management, scope control, and seamless execution from kickoff through final delivery. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, fostering deeper client relationships and expanding agency impact. Track client profitability, optimize workflows, and contribute to agency-wide process improvements. Proactively solve challenges, bringing forward-thinking solutions that redefine industry standards. Maintain a pulse on emerging trends, ensuring Archrival stays ahead of shifts in the market and consumer behavior. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Builds strong client relationships and earns trust through thoughtful communication, strategic thinking, and consistent delivery. Understands how to connect client goals to agency solutions, balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. Thrives in fast-paced environments, confidently navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and unexpected challenges. Leads with a solutions-oriented mindset, proactively identifying opportunities and solving problems before they arise. Brings strong presentation and communication skills, confidently leading client meetings and key conversations. Has experience managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and resources while maintaining project health and profitability. Collaborates effectively across teams to deliver great work and exceptional client experiences. Stays curious about youth culture, consumer behavior, and emerging trends, translating insights into opportunities for clients. Has 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, campaigns, or programs for national and/or global brands.
