About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager, based in Sukkur/Hyderabad, to drive sales and market influence among pharmacists, physicians, dentists, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the medical and dental community.   • Operational Excellence
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to guide commercial strategy.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of field activities in CRM tools and maintain all required documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, training, regulatory, and supply chain.
  • Compliance & Standards
  • Operate in full alignment with company regulations, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry standards and corporate policies.
  • Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or dental sectors.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
