  • TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:
  • Manages all project documents, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, material deliveries, and LEED documentation
  • Assists in the trade partner bidding process by generating bid lists, soliciting trade partner commitments, issuing bid documents, and collecting bids
  • Prepares subcontract agreements and purchase orders from drafts provided by the project team
  • Provides overall administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining meeting notes, and issuing meeting minutes
  • Prepares and monitors tracking logs for contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, material deliveries, and LEED documentation
  • Collects closeout documents including O&M's, warranties, as-built drawings, and LEED documentation
  • Actively participates and promotes a collaborative environment with project stakeholders
  • Manages project priorities, organizes workflow, and plans for future tasks and projects
