Senior Analyst, Research Analytics

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in developing and maintaining interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience in handling healthcare data (Claims, Trials, RWE) is good to have.
• Proficiency in working with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. The candidate should be able to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and charts.
• Proficiency in Excel is important for data analysis, data manipulation, and creating Excel-based dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is essential for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts to design efficient and effective data structures for reporting and Analysis
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest BI technologies, tools, and trends.
• Develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data visualizations and reports.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accurate and consistent data for reporting.
• Optimize and fine-tune queries and data models for enhanced performance and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelors / Masters in computer science or related subjects from reputable institution
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience
• in creating reports and dashboards.
