Operations Specialist _ ADV excel_SQL_1to2yrs

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise on data processing and technology platforms required in support of Gartner Data Products
• Support analytical data models for Gartner's client-facing tools portfolio, including inputs, outputs, comparative methodologies and data visualizations
• Leverage enterprise survey platforms to build and manage research surveys, including creation of questions, survey logic, validation and management of all data generated
• Generate client deliverables presenting key research insights and data analysis
• Analyze and review all client deliverables to verify accuracy of data and ensure high quality results
• Collaborating with global research leads to ensure timely delivery of projects and product launches
• Leverage AI to improve existing workflows

Requirements

• BTech / BCA / BE in CS, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of work experience in data-oriented roles.
• Good logical and analytical skills, quantitatively focused - have a very strong grasp of mathematics/statistics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI required.
• Python programming skills and awareness of GenAI / LLM basics (prompting, model capabilities, common AI use cases).
