- 4+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital space
- Experience in product ownership, product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Relevant experience in banking, finance, or in a related product area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
