Role and Responsibilities This position is part of the People Operations team. Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India, US and Japan. (English speakers only) Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements. Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines. Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives. Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 7+ years of experience as Engineering recruiter in India Strengthen employer branding across various recruitment channels. Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Exciting and challenging problems are addressed using wide-ranging technologies and tools.
