Complex Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Managing a caseload of 5-6 cases per week.
• Providing therapeutic interventions to address psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social problems.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience in managing complex cases.
• Strong knowledge of psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
