**About the role** As a member of our digital team, you'll play a key role in crafting innovative web experiences for brands aiming to leave a lasting impression. We are looking for a experienced (mid level to senior) UX Designer / Digital Product Manager who is deeply familiar with the latest digital tool ecosystems and experienced in consulting, delivery and optionally/ideally in AI integration. You enjoy being closely involved with clients and are eager to collaborate intensively to deliver outstanding user experiences and product innovations. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - **Product & UX Leadership:** Lead the conception, design, and management of digital products and user experiences tailored to client needs. - **Digital Tools & AI:** Stay at the forefront of digital tools, platforms, and AI technologies; actively integrate these innovations into workflows and product solutions. - **Client Collaboration:** Maintain a strong, proactive presence with clients, facilitating workshops, presentations, and continuous engagement to align on project goals and ensure satisfaction. - **Cross-functional Teamwork:** Collaborate closely with internal teams, technical service providers, and external partners to drive product development and UX excellence. - **Strategic Thinking:** Analyze client briefs critically, identify needs, and translate them into actionable product and UX strategies.
