Responsibilities
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This role requires strong collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a consistent and effective partner experience.
- What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Build and develop a network of reseller and distribution partners aligned with business goals
- Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging products, value propositions, and sales strategies
- Manage and strengthen partner relationships, proactively identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues
- Enable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive performance
- Set performance targets, track partner progress, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Apply market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partner initiatives and improve overall partner experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or business development
- Experience in EV charging or related technology industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Skills
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience working with reseller and distribution channel models
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Knowledge of EV charging market trends and competitive landscape
