Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding digital banking platform enquiries and support.
- Investigate and resolve client requests, escalating complex issues to relevant support teams when required.
- Perform independent verification of client instructions and callback checks for high-risk transactions.
- Process account closures and other client service requests.
- Support documentation processing, signature verification, audit confirmations, and custody declarations.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years of banking operations, client service, or call centre experience.
- Good understanding of banking products and services.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in handling both verbal and written communication.
- Able to work flexible hours when business needs require, including shift work and public holiday support.
