Kitchen Crew (Up to $3,000 + AWS + Bonus - Taiwanese F&B - Woodleigh Mall)

About the role

Join a growing Taiwanese F&B brand dedicated to serving premium chicken soup and quality dining experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Crew to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are keen to learn, training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to standard operating procedures.
• Plate soups, grilled dishes, and side items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.
• Replenish ingredients, sauces, and kitchen supplies.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak meal periods.
• Minimise food wastage and maintain proper stock handling.
• Clean kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• Prior experience in kitchen, food preparation, or F&B operations is advantageous but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit to perform kitchen duties and stand for extended periods.
• Able to commit to shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Working Hours
• 44 working hours per week
• 5-6 days work week (rostered)
• Outlet operating hours: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
• Shift schedule assigned according to operational requirements
• Location
• Primary: Woodleigh Mall
• Deployment to Telok Ayer outlet may be required based on operational needs.
• Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: S$2,200 - S$3,000
• Fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 6 hours of overtime per week
• Additional overtime payable where applicable
