Responsibilities

- Provide backup when needed for any operational support during peak demand periods or during open positions.
- Assist Director of Sales, Director of Digital Sales, and Sales Managers with any operational needs as the business evolves.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years successful in a sales operational supervisory role within digital media, streaming, and broadcast television.
- Extensive knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic buying, OTT/CTV, social media, audience targeting, and attribution models.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of time between Jacksonville and Tampa, including overnight stays, as necessary.
- Capability to foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and cross-departmental partnerships with the Florida stations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and inspire team as well as work alongside Account Executives and Sales Managers with client partners.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced, and able to work with multiple priorities across the team.
