About the role

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support the Supply Chain function across the ANZ market. This role will primarily revolve around working collaboratively between the Customer Experience and Warehouse & Distribution teams as part of the wider Supply Chain team. The aim of this role will be to develop a broad understanding of the Commercial Supply Chain and their relationships with both the Commercial Business and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include: Performing tasks relating to different Supply Chain areas including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management and learning Power BI tools Working with regional and global Supply Chain teams to ensure that interfaces are well maintained and understand the end-to-end supply chain inter-dependencies Own the full end to end process from order to deliver, and deliver internal KPIs targets across Supply Chain functions Manage email correspondence with key customers Ownership of Customer Service email inbox and inbound AU phone queue Deliver optimised customer service and product availability and cost to serve to respective commercial area Collaborate with external partners to monitor performance, improve and drive service levels Deliver continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives Work collaboratively with sales colleagues to manage customer requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Quality Assurance to ensure quality standards are met in ANZ Distribution networks Assist management with month, quarter and year end closure activities as needed About you: This role is ideal for someone who has a bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years' work experience in Supply Chain.
