- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems for recruitment workflow management
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing
- Strong documentation skills and ability to stay updated on industry recruitment trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders and candidates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel
