Manage annual budgeting processes and monitor budget performance. Conduct competitor analyses to identify cost optimization and operational efficiency opportunities. Perform analyses to enhance operational profitability and develop optimization strategies. Forecast demand peaks during matches, campaigns, and special occasions, and create action plans and alternative scenarios accordingly. Monitor requests from global teams, assess their potential impact on the Turkey operation, and ensure proper planning and execution. Prepare cost forecasts and future operational plans. Manage and monitor bonus and incentive processes within budget frameworks. Develop action plans aimed at reducing turnover rates. Identify regional improvement opportunities and implement productivity-enhancing projects. Track, analyze, and improve operational performance processes. Conduct KPI- and data-driven analyses and prepare regular reports. Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure effective budget and cost management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field. Previous experience in logistics, operations, planning, or similar functions. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance management. Solid understanding of KPI-driven working environments. Strong capabilities in scenario planning, simulation, and forecasting. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Results-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of taking quick action. Strong process management and coordination skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is preferred. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
