Responsibilities

- Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to proactively mitigate risks related to capacity constraints, material shortages, and supply disruptions
- Support executive reviews, audits, and operational readiness initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing planning teams in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong expertise in assembly/test operations and manufacturing flow
- Deep understanding of MRP, MPS, S&OP / IBP processes , and long lead-time material management
- Proven experience driving process transformation, system optimization, and cross-functional alignment
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong analytical capabilities (Excel, data modeling)
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments , influence without authority, and drive strategic decision-making
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or PHD without work experience; or equivalent experience
- Base Pay Range: $151,100.00 - $256,900.00 Annually
