Reporting to the Outlets Leadership Team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Mix drinks to standards and follow established service guidelines and practices Perform stock inventories Ensure total guest satisfaction Timely complete all duties and tasks as assigned. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Other duties as assigned. Previous bartending experience required Smart Serve Certification required 1-2 years' experience in a similar environment Fluent in both official languages an asset Excellent wine, liquor and cocktail knowledge Team player Good organizational skills Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Constant standing and walking throughout shift Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Fairmont Château Laurier is proud to provide employment accommodation during the recruitment process.
