Position Overview The Administrative Assistant provides a warm and welcoming environment for clients, while completing administrative tasks such as co-pay collection, answering phones, scheduling clients, maintaining schedules and providing admin support for clinicians and other projects as assigned. Schedule Part-time, Monday-Friday: 7:30am-11:30am Compensation Disclosure Administrative Assistant: Starting hourly range between $18.00 - $22.00 Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position How Administrative Assistants Empower Recovery Assist clients in scheduling needs Manage all phone call triage, problem-solving & follow-up Coordinate provider schedule support: blocking off PTO time, adding in meetings, making schedule changes, etc. Maintain both program and staff schedules, ensuring accuracy through daily checks and remedying any conflicts or issues
